Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders with Immediate Dispatch Collection will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery takes 2-5 working days
Orders are processed only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Made-to-Order & Pre-Book Items

Made-to-order products require 15–25 working days for production before dispatch.
For pre-book items, dispatch will be done as per the estimated date mentioned in the product description.
Once the order is placed, please do not request for early delivery as it’s not possible to prioritise any order.

Delivery Timeline

South India: Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
North India: Delivery may take 7–10 working days, depending on the location and courier service availability.
